Return & Refund Policy

At The Dot Mart, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds of physical goods.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by your order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • SIM Activation Kits
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our contact page at TheDotMart.com/contact/ and fill out the form. In your message, be sure to include:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Order Number
  • The Item(s) you wish to return
  • The Reason for your return

A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps of the return process.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all eligible returns, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect item being sent, The Dot Mart will cover the return shipping costs.
  • All returns are required to be sent with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if tracking is not provided.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refund type will be determined on a case-by-case basis after inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved for a refund, the processing of your refund may take up to two weeks (14 calendar days)from the date we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card will depend on your bank's processing times.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may or may not be a possibility, depending on the specific item and the situation. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis when you initiate your return request.

9. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • You must report the issue to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Photos of the item may be required in some situations to process your claim.
  • Typically, we will provide you with a full refund for these situations. The Dot Mart will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

10. Proof of Purchase

Your Order Number, provided when you initiate the return through our contact form, serves as your proof of purchase. No additional physical receipt or packing slip is required.
